I'm Dawn Kenworthy, Real Estate Professional raised and rooted in Carnation, Wa, and proudly serving the Snoqualmie Valley and surrounding areas. My office is located in Issaquah, WA giving clients convenient access while keeping closely connected to the communities I know and love best.

Before becoming a Broker I owned and operated a construction company and was a property appraiser apprentice. Giving me hands on experience evaluating property from the ground up. That background shaped the way I work today: practical, detail-orientated and focused on helping people understand the true condition and potential of a property.

Clients choose to work with me because I'm straight forward and honest. I don't sugarcoat things or push people into decisions. My goal is to protect my clients and their interests, explain options clearly, negotiate on their behalf and help them make confident choices. I offer a complete range of real estate services to buyers and sellers.

Carnation and surrounding areas are just places I work, they're home. Real Estate isn't just a transaction to me; it's a relationship, a responsibility, and a chance to serve the community I care about. I'm a little bit country and a little bit rock 'n roll! I'm a Mother of two loving son's and Grandma to two precious Granddaughters and very family orientated.
