Hi there! Welcome and Thank You for taking the time to visiting my website, here's just a little about who I am and what I offer as a Real Estate Broker and a Homes for Heroes Real Estate Specialist...

My clients always come first...Buying, Selling or just want to know your homes Broker Price Opinion (BPO), I'm happy to help! I provide professional representation for Buyers and Sellers.

I am originally from Orofino, ID.  I was raised in Carnation, WA where I lived for 48 years.  I moved to Colville in 2020.  I am the proud mom of 2 Sons and 2 beautiful Granddaughters...They are my pride and joy, of course! I am loyal, honest, trustworthy, detail orientated, empathetic, compassionate and extremely hard worker; my goal is to make the buying or selling process as stress-free as possible for all involved.  I know, from experience, that buying and/or selling a home is a huge commitment and it should not be taken lightly.  I also know first-hand how frustrating it can be when you reach out to a Broker, and they don't answer and you never hear back from them, that is not me... I pride myself in responding quickly, paying attention to what you need and want out of a home, and educating you should you have any questions, and you will have questions!

I came to Colville for the first time ever in 2019 to go Whitetail Deer Hunting, I fell in love with the area, so we moved here in May of 2020.  When I first moved here, I made it a point to cruise around and see what this place had to offer, how to get to different places etc... I discovered there are all kinds of beautiful hidden valleys around here, a lot to see and most of the back roads connect to a main road.  Some of my favorite things to do are float the Kettle River, Arden Old Timers Rodeo, Colville Rodeo, wine taste at China Bend Winery, wow super cool place! Farm Jam Music festival, Cider Fest, Town & Country Days are a blast!  Did you know Colville is the Turkey capital of the nation?  look out you will see them everywhere; they are no Butter Ball, but they are good to eat, most people are Trophy hunting them! Also check out the Little Pend Orielle (Ponderay) National Wildlife Refuge, 27,000 Acres...it is gorgeous!

Buying or selling real estate is the biggest transactions you will ever make, it is very important that it is taken seriously, not only by me, but also by my Affiliates, which range from Lending Officers to Closing Officers.  And also, by You! as my client you also have a duty of doing your due diligence in the transaction that we enter into together, what does this mean? this means thoroughly reading all documents and there will be a lot! following deadline instructions from me, your bank (if applicable), the Escrow and Closing agent, staying in communication, ask questions, respond quickly and be upfront and honest.  These help me efficiently and effectively perform the service you hired me to do.  Remember, Real Estate Brokers don't make the rules, regulations, or real estate forms but we do have to follow them.  We are like Limited Liability Lawyers and held to those same standards by the state(s) in which we are licensed.  I adhere to the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics, my own morals and standards and commit to doing the best job I can representing you with your Real Estate transactions.

I am a Homes for Heroes Real Estate Specialist, I chose to partner with Homes for Heroes Service Program and Kathy Colkitt, Managing Broker Geneva Financial and Homes for Heroes Lender Specialist because I want to give back to our heroes and show my appreciation.  My late father, my Great Grampa and my oldest son and more served in the Armed Forces, our military members are very important to me.  If you are a Military member, Thank You for your service and congratulations you qualify for the Homes for Heroes rewards program!

My set of skills that sets me apart from other Brokers are a 30-year background in Construction, I own and operate Kenworthy Construction, LLC with my husband, Brian, he is a Master Carpenter (yes, that is a title in the construction world!), Equipment Operator, Designer and Consultant.  I have been on construction sites most of my life, starting with my dad who is a Finish Carpenter then onto owning my own company where I have built many Homes, Commercial Buildings, Decks, and Remodels with my husband. Before becoming a Licensed Real Estate Broker, I spent 4 years in the field as a Real Estate Appraiser Apprentice in Western Washington. I have a list of active Buyers, Developers and Investors.

I'm a little bit Country and a little bit Rock n Roll! I love God, my Family, friends, Bonfires, Rodeos, Quad rides, playing Pool and Darts, River Rafting, Kayaking, Swimming, Snorkeling, Crabbing, Clamming, Fishing, Hunting, Skeet Shooting, Wine & Beer Tasting, Rain and Thunderstorms, Movies, all kinds of Music, Road Trips, Stand Up Comedy, and Laughing really hard!  If you think we'd be a good fit and I'm the right Broker for you then please, don't hesitate to contact me anytime!
