I’m Dawn Kenworthy, a Real Estate professional raised
and rooted in Carnation, WA, and proudly serving the
greater Snoqualmie Valley and surrounding areas. My
office is based in Issaquah, WA, giving clients
convenient access while keeping me closely
connected to the communities I love and know best.
Before becoming a broker, I owned and operated a
construction company for 15 years and also worked as
a property appraiser apprentice, giving me hands‐on
experience evaluating property from the ground up.
That background shaped the way I work today:
practical, detail‐oriented, and focused on helping
people understand the true condition and potential
of a property.
